Draft signature requests list unfinished signer and field steps beside the document status. Request pages put signer progress and email details ahead of less frequent settings. Members with view access can download a completed signed PDF from the request page.
The Requests list names the selected Personal or team context. The Templates list keeps Use template visible and groups other actions under More. New requests can browse templates without showing the entire template list on the upload page.
