Added stored calculated results for formulas. The website editor sends the results it calculates to Magpie shortly after each change is saved, with the workbook revision they were calculated at. CSV export writes those results, including every cell of a spilled result, in place of formula text; a formula whose result has not been stored yet still exports as its text. The native app shows the stored result for a formula cell and reads it aloud with its revision; formulas are still not calculated on the phone. Results are replaced when the formula or a cell it depends on changes.
