Fixed formulas over large ranges. Flattening a referenced range took time proportional to the square of its size, so a range of 20,000 cells took over half a second and 200,000 cells did not finish; MAX, MIN, TRANSPOSE, COLUMNS, VSTACK and HSTACK also failed with #ERROR! past about 100,000 values. Aggregating 200,000 rows now takes about a tenth of a second.
