Added text formatting functions to Spreadsheets

Added TEXT, REPT, EXACT, CHAR, CODE, and UNICODE. TEXT formats a number using a cell number format name such as currency, a digit pattern such as #,##0.00 or 0%, or a date pattern such as yyyy-mm-dd, and uses the workbook locale for month and weekday names.
