Choose when to send it under Checkout reminders in Store settings. A buyer who ticked the box for emails at checkout will get one email listing the items, with a link that puts them back in their cart. Choose a code under Discount code in reminders to include it; the cart link applies it. No reminder is sent when the buyer started another checkout or ordered since. The setting shows how many reminders were sent in the last 30 days and how many became orders. Reminders need a contact email for your Store, which replies go to.
Reminders for expired Store checkouts
A Store can email one reminder, with an optional discount code, to a buyer who agreed to emails and whose checkout expired unpaid.
