A pickup shipping method now has pickup instructions, edited in its row on the shipping zone page.
An order with a pickup method has Mark ready for pickup. It records the time on the order and in its history, emails the buyer the pickup address, times and instructions in the Store's language, and shows the order as ready on the buyer's order page. Mark collected records the items the buyer took, without emailing them. Store webhooks can receive the new store.order.ready_for_pickup event.
