Refunds and new orders no longer ask for a note

Refunding an order no longer asks for a reason, and New order no longer has a Note field. Reasons and notes recorded before are still shown.

Refund on an order asks for the amount, where the refund goes and what returns to stock. It no longer has a Reason field. The order's history records each refund, its amount and who made it.

New order shows the items, the customer, shipping and payment as separate sections. The customer's name, email and phone, the shipping charged and Paid by are each on a row with the label beside the field. It no longer has a Note field: an order recorded from a quote names the quote in its history, and you can add a note on the order's page.

On an order's page, copy the payment link by clicking it or Copy. When adding a shipment, a refund, an address change or a note fails, it opens again with what you typed.

Reasons and notes recorded before are still shown.
