Store in the Magpie app has a new screen, Sell, for selling at a market, fair or counter. Choose the location you sell from, open its register with the cash in it, then add items by tapping, searching or scanning their barcodes. Discount codes and automatic discounts apply as in your online Store. Take cash and the app shows the change; email the receipt or share its link.
Each sale is a Store order marked In person. Its items leave stock at the location you sell from. Close register records the cash you counted against the cash expected and the difference.
Store › In person on the website lists every register with its sales and cash count, and Store › Orders can show only sales made in person. Team admins can sell; other members need the new Sell in person permission.
Card payments with Tap to Pay need an update to the Magpie app that is not available yet.
