Each shared team receives a colour automatically, and a team admin can change it on the team page. Personal stays neutral. The colour appears with the team name in the selector and in Search and Recent work. Document creation and import buttons name the destination. If a Document was created in the wrong team, open File → Move to another team in the website editor to move it. Comments, versions, attachments and direct shares stay with the Document.
