Fixed: sharing a record by handle with an account whose email address was not confirmed turned the team invitation sent to that address into an invitation for that account, with everything the invitation gave. The link in the invitation email then stopped working. The account now gets a separate invitation with only what was shared with it. The invitation sent to the address is unchanged, and its link still works for whoever holds the address. Once the account's address is confirmed, a share joins the invitation sent to the address, as before.
Fixed: invitation, confirmation and sign-in links could be written to Magpie's logs when they were part of another address, such as the page to return to after signing in. They are now left out.
