Improved Internal

Test suite pruning and one shared address check

Internal: tests that pinned prices, labels, markup, or prompt wording were removed, and five copies of the link address check became one shared rule.

Internal change. Every test file was reviewed against docs/TESTING.md. Fifteen files and about one hundred methods that froze constants, navigation inventory, rendered markup, or prompt wording were removed; the remaining tests exercise behavior. The recorded test-count floor was lowered to match.

The mobile link page, website, store, document citation, and design services each carried their own copy of the rule for which link addresses are safe to hand to a browser. They now share BookMeToday\Support\SafeUrl, which refuses executable schemes, credentials in front of the host, control characters, and over-long addresses. Website links keep relative paths; store tracking links accept https only.
