Changed how To-dos are added, shown and edited.
- A To-do goes where you add it. On Today it is planned for today, on Upcoming for tomorrow, on Anytime it has no date, on Someday it is set aside, and on a List's page it goes into that List. It appears in the list without the page reloading. When it goes to another view, the line under the field says where, with a link.
- Dates in the title. Before you press Enter, the line under the field shows the date or repeat read from the end of the title, such as "Friday 16 October". Choose Keep as text to add the title as typed. Date words inside a title, such as "Watch Friday Night Lights" or "Fix 3/4 inch pipe", are no longer read as dates.
- Each To-do has its own page. Its title, When date and time, Deadline, Repeat, Reminder, List, Assignee, Priority, Someday, notes, checklist and tags save as soon as you change them. Reminders and repeats can now be set on the website. Links in email, Search, Calendar, Time Tracking and the assistant open the To-do.
- Fixed choosing a date on iPhone and iPad. Tapping When saved today's date and closed the panel. The date you choose is now the one saved.
- Views. Inbox is now part of Anytime, which groups To-dos by List. Upcoming groups To-dos by day. Counts show beside Today, Upcoming and Anytime.
- Several at once. In Select, When… moves To-dos to Today, Tomorrow, Next week, Someday or No date. On Today and on a List's page, drag To-dos into order or use the up and down buttons.
- Lists. Each List has its own page for its To-dos, sharing, importing and archiving. New List asks only for a name. Archiving a List keeps its To-dos.
- Access. Members with View only access can no longer change To-dos. They can tick off To-dos assigned to them and set those To-dos' reminders. People a List is shared with can add To-dos to it.
- Reminders are sent at the local time of the person they go to.
- My To-dos shows each To-do's team and opens it in that team.
