No behavior changed. The Vault setup, locked-Vault and recovery screens now use the same .card + page-header structure as every other page instead of a narrow centered block; deleting, restoring, and permanently deleting an item now use the shared confirmation dialog and toast instead of the browser's native confirm() and a one-off toast element.
