Opening a Vault item now goes to that item's own screen at /vault/{item} - a real, bookmarkable address, reached from the list rather than shown beside it. "+ New item" works the same way, at /vault/new. Within an already-unlocked tab this happens instantly, without a page reload, since Vault's encryption keys intentionally exist only in that tab's memory and a reload would otherwise re-lock it; opening the same link in a fresh tab correctly starts locked and asks for the Vault password before showing anything.
Lock and Export moved to the page bar, alongside the rest of Magpie's per-section actions.
