The box where you type your Password Vault password, on the Password Vault and on Secure Files, is now hidden from password-manager extensions such as 1Password, Bitwarden and LastPass. They no longer offer to fill or save it, and their menus no longer take the cursor away when the page opens, so you can start typing straight away.

Browser extensions such as 1Password no longer offer to fill the password that unlocks the Password Vault and Secure Files, so the cursor stays in the box.
