A webinar is a talk, a demonstration or a class given online at a set time to the people who register for it.
- Schedule: New webinar asks for a title and a time, or takes a pasted JSON plan, and opens the webinar as a draft.
- Plan: the webinar's page holds its description, cover picture, hosts and speakers, registration questions, polls, questions for the Q&A, resources, call to action and breakout rooms, each changed where it is shown.
- Publish: opens the registration page, adds the webinar to Calendar and emails the people running it. A speaker from outside the team is emailed a personal link.
- Registration: people register without a Magpie account and are emailed a confirmation with their own join link and a calendar invitation, then reminders. A webinar can ask for approval, have a capacity with a waiting list, and ask its own questions.
- Attendees: add people one at a time or import a list, approve or decline registrations, remove attendees, resend a link, and export the list as CSV. Registering finds or adds the person's contact in Contacts.
- Change time and Cancel webinar email the attendees.
The live webinar (the stage, chat, Q&A, polls, breakout rooms, recording and replay) is not available yet. Webinars is open to site administrators only.
