- Replies: an attendee who replies to a webinar email reaches a host or co-host who is still on the team, not whoever created the webinar.
- Hosts: only people who can edit in the team can be a host or co-host. Others can be a speaker or a moderator.
- Calendars: changing a scheduled webinar's length emails attendees the new end, and cancelling it replaces the invitation in their calendar.
- Emails: a reminder sent late says how long is left, two quick time changes send one email naming the time attendees last had, a declined registration is emailed again if it is declined a second time, and every time reads as it does on the webinar's page.
- The webinar page: questions, polls and resources can be dragged into order, a refused change shows its message beside the field, the attendee list has a column for each registration question, and the Change time and Cancel buttons say whether anyone will be emailed.
Webinars is open to site administrators only while it is built.
