Add Link page mutations to the Workspace assistant

The Workspace assistant now supports bounded Link page changes: create the team links list, update its profile and appearance, publish or unpublish it, add, update, move, enable, and delete blocks, and add, update, and delete social links. Publishing, unpublishing, and deleting blocks or social links require explicit confirmation in the current message, and successful writes return durable server-issued results and links.
