Add Meeting, Meeting type, and availability mutations to the Workspace assistant

The Workspace assistant now supports bounded Meeting changes: reschedule, confirm, cancel, archive, and delete. It can also create, update, and delete Meeting types and manage weekly availability windows. Rescheduling uses the existing conflict check and does not send meeting email. Cancelling or deleting a Meeting, and deleting Meeting types or availability, requires explicit confirmation in the current message.
