The catalog now represents state transitions, archive and restore, publishing, deletion, movement, and collaborator or access changes as distinct operations. Current write tools publish server-owned metadata for confirmation, destructive impact, public exposure, external communication, financial records, personal data, and account or workspace scope. Prompts and plans cannot override that contract; no new product write operation was added.
