Add QR Code mutations to the Workspace assistant

The Workspace assistant now supports creating one static or dynamic website or plain-text QR code, changing the destination of an exact dynamic code, enabling or disabling a saved code, and deleting it. Destination changes, state changes, and deletion require explicit confirmation in the current message. Payload, design, logo, and destination history data are not returned; successful writes return durable server-issued results and links.
