Your images has a box at the top for uploads: drop images on it, paste one, or click it to choose files. Dropping images anywhere on the page uploads them too.
The field for tags above the list is gone. Select images and choose Add tags to enter tags or pick from the ones you have; they are added to the selected images. The tag filter in the toolbar is unchanged.
The row of selection actions keeps one height, so selecting images no longer moves the grid, and there is space between that row and the images.
