Your own application questions in one place

On a job's page, the questions you add are now under Your questions, apart from the built-in ones, so the rows line up.

How it works: Choose the questions on an application form

On a job's page, Application questions lists the built-in questions, and Your questions lists the ones you add, with Add a question. Only your questions can be dragged, so they no longer sit out of line with the built-in ones.

Remove buttons for questions, stages and scorecard categories now just say Remove.
