Prep now says what it is for: what to make at a location on a day, and that recording what was made takes its ingredients out of stock. When nothing is planned it says so plainly, and when no recipe can be planned yet it explains why.
On a recipe, Publish is now Use this version. A recipe's changes stay a draft until a manager chooses it; new batches then use that version, and batches already planned keep theirs. The recipe's status and version history say "in use" instead of "published".
