Added Signed-in apps to Account settings. It lists the Magpie app and browser extensions signed in to your account, with when each was signed in and last used. Sign out beside one signs it out; it will need to sign in again to use your account.
Also added the sign-in for the Magpie browser extension for Password Vault. The extension is in development and is not yet in the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons. Its sign-in can be used only for Password Vault.
