Read your payslips

When an employer pays you through Magpie, each payslip is released to your Magpie account once they have paid you, and you are emailed a link. The email never shows an amount: open the link, signed in, to read it.

Your payslips, in the account menu, lists every payslip released to you, newest first, by every employer that pays you, each named with its team. Open one to read it: the employer, the pay period and pay date, each earning with its hours and rate, each deduction, gross and net pay, what the employer paid on top, and your totals for the tax year so far. Download PDF saves it.

In the Magpie app, Your payslips is in More once you have one, and Share PDF in a payslip's menu saves or sends it.

You do not join your employer's team to read your payslips, and they do not see anything else in your account.

An invitation to read your payslips

If your employer emails you an invitation, open the link and sign in, or create an account, then choose Link my account. The link works once and ends after 14 days; if it has ended, ask your employer for a new one. An account already linked to another employee of the same employer cannot be linked again: ask your employer.

If a payslip looks wrong, ask your employer: they correct it on a later pay run. If the page does not work as described, Contactar con soporte.
