Contact support
Write to Magpie support in Chat, or use the Contact form when you cannot sign in.
When you are signed in, choose Contact support in the account menu, in the web app or the mobile app's More screen. It opens your conversation with Magpie support in Chat. There is one, kept for as long as you have the account, so earlier questions and answers stay above the new one. It is listed under Support in Chat in every team. Anyone on the Magpie team can reply, and their messages carry a Magpie label that no one else can use. You can attach screenshots and files as in any conversation, and a reply arrives like any other message, including as a notification in the mobile app.
If you cannot sign in, use the Contact link in the site footer instead.
Either way, include:
- the page address where the problem happened;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- the exact error message, if one appeared; and
- whether the problem happens again after reloading the page.
Do not send a password, two-factor recovery code, API key, payment card number, or a private customer download link. For a billing or order question, include the invoice or order number rather than payment credentials.
If you can still sign in, say whether Personal or which team was selected. That often determines where a missing resource belongs.
