Newsletter

Write and schedule newsletters with a public signup page.

Draft Markdown emails, send a test, then deliver now or at a scheduled time. Each Personal or team context has one newsletter, with subscriber management and an optional public archive.

Drafts, previews and sent email records

Preview the rendered Markdown before sending. Each email record keeps its final content, status and counts of delivered, failed and skipped copies.

Test, send now or schedule delivery

Send a test to your account address to check the HTML and plain-text versions. Sending or scheduling fixes the recipient list; later subscribers do not receive that email. A queued email can be cancelled until delivery begins.

Newsletter controls

Signup
Public signup uses double opt-in. A person becomes active after opening the confirmation link.
Subscribers
Team admins can search, filter, remove and export subscriber records. CSV, TSV and text imports activate consented addresses without another confirmation; an import requires a consent statement.
Archive
Keep sent email as a public web copy when archive access is enabled.
Limits
Free allows 250 subscribers and 1,000 email copies per month. Pro allows 5,000 subscribers and 50,000 copies per month. The send allowance is shared across contexts using the same paying plan.

Before you send

What can team members do?

Members with edit access can write and send emails. Subscriber email addresses and newsletter settings are restricted to team admins.

Does delivery include unsubscribe and bounce handling?

Every delivered email has an unsubscribe route. People who unsubscribe before their queued copy is processed are skipped. Hard bounces and spam complaints suppress that address across newsletters.
