Write an email from the Newsletter section. Enter a subject, optional preview text, and the Markdown body. Save a draft while you work, and send a test to your own address to check the HTML and plain-text versions, the links, the reply address, and the formatting.

The native app supports Markdown draft writing and editing, bounded email history, and a confirmed Save and send now button in the composer. If saving succeeds but sending fails, the draft remains available. Open a saved draft's action menu to send a test to your account email address or schedule delivery. Save edits before sending a test or scheduling. Enter the date and 24-hour time in your account time zone, then confirm the schedule. Team admins can search and remove subscribers from the native Newsletter section, import a consented list and share the full CSV export.

For delivery, choose Send now or Schedule. A scheduled time is read in the time zone shown beside the field. Sending fixes the recipient list at that moment: subscribers who join afterwards do not get that email.

Every email has its own page, reached from the list. It shows the status, who wrote it, how many copies were delivered, failed and skipped, and the content as subscribers received it. Delete a draft or cancel an unsent email from there.

Once sending has started, an email cannot be recalled or edited. A queued or scheduled email can be canceled only before delivery begins. A subscriber who unsubscribes before their queued copy is processed is skipped.

Plan limits apply to subscribers and to email sent during the month. The composer names the recipient count before you confirm.

If a test looks wrong, fix the draft rather than the sent web copy. If a scheduled email is still waiting after its time, or canceling is refused before sending has begun, Contact support.
