Export coaching
Download a client's whole coaching record, or every client, program and library item at once.
You can take your coaching with you: each client's record as a file you can open anywhere, or the whole team's at once.
Export a client's record
Export record in the More menu beside the client's name makes a ZIP file of their whole coaching: a page that opens in any browser, the same as JSON, goal values, habit logs and check-in answers as spreadsheets, and the files from messages and the library. It holds your private session notes and only the journal entries the client shared with you. It is made in the background; the page shows Download when it is ready, and you are emailed a link. A download lasts 7 days. The lead coach and team admins can export.
A team admin can export everything at once from Export in Coaching settings: every client's record as their coaches read it, every program and the library.
