Connect Zoom
Create a Zoom call for each new meeting, with the join link for the attendee and the host link for you.
Open Integrations (under Meetings), choose Connect in the Zoom section, and approve access in Zoom. From then on, each new meeting gets a Zoom call. The attendee's confirmation email contains the join link; your notification contains the host link that starts the call.
A meeting's page shows its call under Call: Join call, and Host call for the host link. In the Upcoming list of All Meetings, a meeting with Zoom shows Join and Host.
Add Zoom to an existing meeting
A confirmed upcoming meeting with no call link, such as one made before you connected Zoom, has Add Zoom call on its page and Add Zoom in the Upcoming list. Magpie will email the attendee the join link and you the host link. When you confirm a meeting, tick Add a Zoom call to this meeting to add one at the same time. A meeting that already has Zoom does not get a second call.
Zoom and Google Meet
When both Zoom and Google Calendar are connected, Zoom supplies the call link and the meeting can still be added to Google Calendar. Magpie does not create a Google Meet link in that case. See Connect Google Calendar.
Cancel or disconnect
Cancelling a meeting deletes its Zoom meeting. Disconnect stops Magpie creating Zoom calls for new meetings. Zoom links already on meetings stay on them.
If Integrations shows Zoom as connected but new meetings stop getting a call, disconnect Zoom and connect it again to renew Magpie's access. For a meeting whose link opens a missing or wrong Zoom meeting, Contact support.
