Calendar
A shared calendar for each team, and a Personal Calendar for your own events, meetings and shifts.
Calendar shows what is happening when, in Personal or the selected team. A team Calendar holds the team's events and To-dos for every member; your Personal Calendar adds your meetings, shifts and Google events. Agenda, Day and Month show the same events, and an event is added or moved from the time on screen.

Today and the arrows move between periods. Each view and date has its own address, so the browser's Back button returns from a day to the view it was opened from. Times are shown in your device's time zone.
- Agenda
- Lists the coming days that have something on them, 14 days at a time.
- Day
- All 24 hours of one day. Select an empty part of an hour to start an event at that time, or drag an event to another time to move it, keeping its length.
- Month
- Each entry starts with its start time, then its title. Select empty space in a day to start an event on that day, or the day's number to open it in Day view.
- Time increment
- Calendar settings sets the steps used for event start times and lengths.
What a team Calendar shows
A team Calendar shows the team's events and To-dos to its members. It never shows a member's meetings, shifts or Google events, which stay on that member's Personal Calendar.
- Events
- Every team event that is not private, as its What they see setting allows. A private event is shown only to the person who made it.
- To-dos and deadlines
- Scheduled To-dos on their When date and deadlines on their Deadline date, as separate entries, for members who can use To-dos in the team. Completed To-dos are left out.
- Social Media posts
- A team admin can show the team's scheduled and published posts on its Calendar with Show posts in Calendar, in Social Media settings.
What your Personal Calendar adds
Your Personal Calendar shows your Personal events and To-dos, and the things that belong to you wherever you work.
- Meetings
- Meetings booked on your meeting page. Cancelled meetings are left out.
- Shifts
- Your published Staff Scheduling shifts from every team, unless you switch them off in Staff Scheduling.
- Google events
- Your Google Calendar events, when Google Calendar is connected. Only you see them.
- Social Media posts
- Your posts, or all posts, from Personal and your teams, each with its team's name and colour, when you choose them in Calendar settings.
Events from Appointments, Webinars and Hiring
Some areas add events to Calendar themselves, and those events are changed from the area that made them.
- Appointments
- Each customer booking adds an event to the staff member's Calendar, named after the service and the customer. Rescheduling or cancelling the appointment moves or removes it.
- Webinars
- Publishing a webinar adds it to the Calendar of Personal or the team, with its other hosts as going. The event follows the webinar's title, time and length.
- Hiring
- An interview is added to the team's Calendar, owned by the first interviewer, with the others as going.
Who can add and change events
Members who can edit in a team add events to its Calendar and change them. Members with View only access see the team's Calendar but cannot add or change events. An event that is not private shows its full details to you and to the members who can edit it; to everyone else it shows what its What they see setting allows, from Busy only to Full details.
Selecting an entry opens it: an event opens beside the calendar, and a meeting, To-do or shift opens its own page.
Your meeting page, Time Tracking and plans
Events you made, in Personal or a team, and events you answered Going to block the same time on your meeting page. An event's panel has Start timer, which starts a Time Tracking timer with the event's title as its description and a link back to the event.
Calendar is on every plan. Personal or a team can have 100 events on the free plan, and 5,000 with Pro for Personal or the Team plan for a team.
