Add meeting types by pasting JSON
Create a whole set of meeting types in one step by pasting a JSON document.
Most people offer three or four kinds of meeting, and setting them up means filling in the same three fields three or four times before anything can be booked. Importing does all of them at once.
Find it on Meeting types, under Import JSON. Use Copy the prompt in the import box to get this format plus the instructions an assistant needs, then describe the meetings you take and paste back what it gives you.
Importing adds meeting types. It never changes or removes the ones you already have, so a second import adds to the list rather than replacing it.
The whole document is checked before anything is saved. If any part of it does not fit the format below, nothing is created and the problem is reported with the exact field that caused it.

Two meeting types cannot share a name in one document: they would be indistinguishable on the booking page, and a repeat is almost always a copy-paste slip.
Imported meeting types are active straight away, so they appear on your booking page as soon as the import finishes. They still only offer times your availability allows.
