All Meetings separates Upcoming from History. Meetings move into History after their end time; cancelled and completed meetings also appear there. You do not need to archive them by hand. In the mobile development app, archive a history meeting to hide it from the default list. An archived meeting can be permanently deleted after a confirmation. Open a meeting for its full details and call links.

Pending meetings can be confirmed with an optional note to the attendee. When Zoom is connected, confirmation can attach a Zoom meeting if one is not already present. Confirmation sends the applicable notification.

The detail page first shows the current meeting state, with times in your account time zone and the attendee's time beside them when their zone differs. Choose Change time or attendee to correct the attendee name, email, phone number, date, start and end time, or private notes. Enter times in your account time zone. To shorten a meeting, for example from 60 to 30 minutes, change the end time. When the date or time changes, choose whether to email the attendee and include a note. An attendee email address is optional. Meetings without one can still be saved, rescheduled, and exported to a calendar, but Magpie cannot send attendee notifications until an email address is added. The notification contains an updated calendar file.

Rescheduling changes the time while keeping the meeting record and attendee. Choose a time that is still available; connected calendar events and meeting details are updated where the integration supports it.

In the mobile development app, open a meeting and choose Reschedule. Choose another available date and time, decide whether to email the attendee, and add an optional note. The same native meeting view can edit the attendee's name, email address and phone number, and the meeting's private notes. It can also add Zoom to an upcoming confirmed meeting, open the private host link, and include an optional note when confirming. Choose Download calendar file to save and share an ICS calendar file from the native app.

While attendee details are being edited in the mobile app, a short recovery copy is kept in the device's protected store. It is scoped to your account and the meeting. If the meeting changed elsewhere, the copy is not restored. Saving or cancelling the edit, or deleting the meeting, removes the recovery copy. It is not an offline save queue.

To cancel an upcoming meeting, including a duplicate, choose Cancel meeting on its detail page or Cancel in the Upcoming list. Cancellation marks the meeting as cancelled, frees its time on your meeting page and emails the attendee when they have an email address. It also removes connected calendar or Zoom events when configured.

If an attendee did not receive a message, verify their email address and the meeting status before repeating the action. For a meeting whose state differs between Magpie and a connected service, Contact support.
