Manage paying customers

Website administrators can open Admin, then Paying customers, to review current and previous Pro subscriptions. The list includes the account holder, Personal team, plan status, billing interval, recorded payments, and current period end.

Refund a payment

Select Refund in Stripe to open the customer record in the Stripe Dashboard. Use Stripe there when you need a full or partial refund, need to refund more than one payment, or need to inspect the payment history first. Magpie does not choose the refund amount for you.

Cancel a subscription

Select Cancel subscription to schedule cancellation at the end of the current paid period. Pro remains available until then. For an immediate cancellation or a different Stripe action, open the customer in Stripe and make the change there.

The customer list keeps previous customers so their Stripe billing history remains available if they subscribe again. For a customer or payment that you cannot reconcile, Contact support.
