Review and export Form responses
Read a Form response summary, review individual responses, download files, and export CSV.
Open a Form and choose Responses. Summary is arranged in the Form's question order. Choice questions show the count and percentage for each option. Text, number, date, time, and file questions show the submitted answers with a link back to the individual response. Multiple-choice counts can be greater than the number of responses because one person can select more than one option.
The native app can read the same response list and individual response details for the selected workspace. Native response reads are bounded and include only answered, visible questions. Form editors can change the response status and delete a response there. Uploaded files can be downloaded or shared from the response. Choose Share CSV export on the native response list to share a private CSV export.
Choose All responses to see every response that has not been deleted, when it was submitted, its payment state when payment was required, and its review status.
The review statuses are New, Reviewed, and Archived. They organize the team's work only. Changing one does not change an answer, payment, or the respondent's access.
By default the Form's creator gets an email with a link to each new response as it arrives. Turn this off from Email me for new responses in Form settings if you'd rather rely on the Responses page instead.
Open a response to read its answers against the exact published Form version used for that submission. Questions added in a later version are absent from an older response, and questions later removed remain understandable on responses that originally included them. The Summary uses the current question order and keeps choices that were removed after earlier responses were submitted.
Files and CSV export
A file question accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, or plain-text files up to 10MB. Uploaded files are not public Form assets. Only a signed-in person who can view the owning Form can download them from a response. A filename is supplied by the respondent; inspect a downloaded file before relying on its contents.
Export CSV writes the response ID, submission time, payment state, and one column for each question found across the published versions represented in the export. A response submitted before a question was added has an empty value in that column. Multiple selected choices are joined in one cell.
Deleting a response removes it from the response list and future exports. It does not issue a refund, cancel a Stripe payment, or change records kept for financial reconciliation. There is no restore action in the Form interface, so export or record anything that must be retained before deleting. For a Form limited to one response per signed-in user, deleting that user's response also allows them to submit again.
If an authorized viewer cannot open a stored file, or an export omits a visible response, Contact support.
