Wishlists

Anyone signed in to a Magpie account can choose Save to wishlist on a product page. Each Store has its own wishlist, which holds up to 200 products; Your wishlist beside the button opens it. Remove from wishlist on the product page, or Remove on the wishlist, takes a product off. A product the Store no longer sells is not listed.

On a Store with its own domain, Sign in to save to a wishlist opens the product at its Magpie address, where the wishlist works after you sign in.

Under Share your wishlist, copy the link to send it to someone. Anyone with the link can see the products, but not your name or email address, and cannot change the list. Make a new link replaces the link; the old one stops opening the list.

Back-in-stock emails

When a product whose stock is counted is sold out, or one of its choices is, the product page shows Email me when it is back in stock. Enter an email address and choose Email me. When the item can be bought again, one email will be sent to that address with a link to the product, usually within a few minutes. To be told about a later restock, sign up again. The address is used for nothing else.

Stock held by checkouts in progress counts as sold out, so an item can come back when a checkout ends without payment.

What the seller sees

On a product's page in Store, Back-in-stock requests shows how many people are waiting for each sold-out choice. The addresses are not shown, and the seller cannot send them anything else.

If an email did not arrive after the item came back in stock, check the spam folder. If it is not there, Contact support.
