Coaching program pages

A program page tells people about a program and lets them apply for it or join it, paying the first invoice as they do.

A page for the program

In Edit details…, Program page gives the program a public page at /program/ and an address made from its name, which you can change. The page shows the program's description, what it includes, its price and you as the coach, with your name, bio and profile picture. View page beside the program's name opens it.

• Apply asks for a name and an email address, then the questions of the Application Form you choose in Forms, if any. You are emailed for each application; it is listed under Applications on the program and in Waiting for you on the Coaching overview. Open it to read the answers, then Accept or Decline. Accept adds the person as a client, a draft on the program. For a program with a price, Accept emails them a link to join instead, which works for 30 days. Decline emails them that their application was not accepted.
• Join needs a price. The person gives their name and email address, signs the program's agreement if it has one, and pays the first invoice. Their coaching waits as Pending until it is paid in full; then it starts that day, they are invited to their portal, and you are emailed. Coaching not paid within 7 days of joining ends, and its first invoice is voided. To end it sooner, use End coaching early. When the program has cohorts that have not finished, Join also asks when to start: each cohort with its start date and the places left, or on their own. Someone waiting to pay holds their cohort place; a cohort with no places left shows Full. Once paid, their coaching starts on the cohort's start date.
