Revoke Client Portal access
Stop one person, or everyone, from signing in to a Client Portal.
To stop one person, choose Revoke access beside them in the Clients band. They are signed out at once. Their unused sign-in links and codes, and any signing link opened from the portal, stop working, and a Magpie account they signed in with is disconnected. What they did in the portal stays in its activity. To give them access again, choose Invite again beside them. A signature request sent to them from E-Signatures keeps its own link.
To stop everyone for a while, choose More, then Edit details…, and turn off Client sign-in. Every client is signed out until it is on again. Shared work stays shared.
To close a portal, choose More, then Archive portal, and confirm. Its clients are signed out and cannot sign in, and its plans, files and history are kept. A portal cannot be deleted; its files can (see Share files in a Client Portal). Archived portals are listed under Archived in Client Portal, where Restore portal in a portal's More menu lets its clients sign in again.
