Appointments gives the shop a booking page. Each service has its length and price, such as a 90-minute bridal appointment or a fitting. The customer chooses a consultant, or anyone available, and a free time.
A service can need a fitting room. A time is then offered only when a room is free. Each booking goes on the customer's contact, and the confirmation lets them reschedule.
Contacts keeps a page for each customer. A pinned note holds the wedding date and the measurements. The bridal appointment, every fitting and each invoice appear in its history.
A follow-up sets the day to call, such as when the gown arrives from the designer. The follow-ups list shows what is overdue, due today and coming up.
Proposals turns the order into a page the customer reads and signs online. It lists the gown, the alterations and the veil, with your terms for special orders. The deposit invoice is issued as they sign.
You bill the balance when you choose, such as at the last fitting. You can see when the order was opened, and the signed PDF is kept with it.
Asset Tracker lists every hire suit, with its tag, category and condition. You check one out to the customer's contact, with a due-back date.
Overdue lists the suits not yet returned. At check-in, you record each suit's condition. A stain or a tear stays in its history.
Store is the shop's online shop. Each product can come in sizes and colours, each with its own stock. A customer can choose local pickup, and marking the order ready emails them.
A sale at the counter is recorded as an order, so the stock stays right.
Staff Scheduling plans the shop's shifts by position, such as consultant, seamstress and stylist. You publish the week, and each person sees their own shifts.
Staff can swap shifts and ask for time off. You choose which requests wait for your decision. An open shift lets someone pick up a busy Saturday.
