Forms builds your stay request, with date questions for drop-off and pickup. Owners upload the vaccination certificate as a PDF or a photo, and it stays private.
A question can show only when an earlier answer calls for it, such as medication. You are emailed each request, and mark it Reviewed once you reply.
Contacts keeps a page for each owner, with their phone numbers and address. A pinned note holds each pet's feeding, medication and vet details.
A follow-up sets the day to call, such as before a vaccination runs out. Their invoices and notes are listed on the same page.
Daily Operations turns your routines into checklists at set times, such as the morning feed. A step can ask for a note or a photo when something is wrong.
A dog off its food can be an incident, with what to do and by whom. Handover notes carry over to the next shift.
Staff Scheduling plans the week by position, such as kennel assistant and front desk. You publish it, and each person sees their own shifts.
Staff can swap shifts and ask for time off. You choose which requests wait for your decision. An open shift lets someone cover a holiday weekend.
Invoicing bills a stay with a line for the nights and one for each extra. Owners pay by card into your own Stripe account, with no Magpie fee.
A deposit paid at booking is recorded as a part payment. The invoice shows as partly paid until the rest is in.
Everything about one owner and their pets stays on their contact.

Feeds, walks and cleans are ticked off on each day's checklists.
