Reuse your process with starter plans
Keep the goals, stages and steps you take every client through as a starter plan, and start each client's plan from it.
A starter plan holds a process: its goals, its stages, and the steps in each stage, with who each step is for. Starters belong to Personal or the team, and any portal in it can use them.
Open Client Portal, then Starters, and choose New starter. A starter is built like a plan, but has no progress and is never shown to clients. A step's due date in a starter is a number of days after the plan starts, such as 14. To make a starter from a plan you have already built, choose More, then Save as starter… on the plan. Each step's due date becomes the days after the plan was made.
When you choose New plan on a portal, choose the starter under Start from. The new plan gets a copy of the starter's goals, with their start and target, and of its stages and steps. Steps with a due date are due that many days after today. The plan starts as a draft and can then be changed without changing the starter.
Changing a starter, or deleting it from its More menu, does not change plans already made from it.
