Reports on checklists, temperatures and incidents
See how a location's checklists, temperature readings and incidents went over a range of dates, and download them as CSV files.
Reports shows what happened at a location over a range of dates, counted by business day. Shift leads, managers, auditors and team admins can open it.
Choose the dates and location
Choose the dates under From and To, then Show. Reports opens on the last week, and a report can cover up to 366 days. With more than one location, choose the location. Someone whose role covers every location can tick Every location to see them together.
What a report shows
- Checklists: how many were scheduled or started, completed on time, completed late, missed and skipped, and how many checks failed, in total and for each routine, with the number not finished.
- Failed checks: the most recent failed answers, each with who gave it and when. Each opens its checklist.
- Incidents: how many were reported, how many of each severity, how many are still open, and the median time to acknowledge and to resolve them.
- Temperature records, while temperature checks are on: for each point, the number of readings, those outside the target, those outside a critical limit, and the days with no reading. A corrected reading is counted once.
- Opening and closing confirmed with work unfinished: each such confirmation, who made it and the reason they gave.
Download CSV
Download CSV at the top of the page downloads the Checklists, Temperature readings or Incidents for the same dates and locations, one row for each. Times in the files are in UTC. A CSV file opens in a spreadsheet app, such as Excel, and Import in Spreadsheets makes a workbook from it (see Create and edit a spreadsheet).
The temperature readings file has each reading in °C and as it was typed, its result, and who recorded it. A corrected reading is in it twice: the original, marked as replaced with the reason, and the corrected value.
