Revoke Client Portal access
End a client's current sessions and unused login links.
On the portal management page, choose Revoke access beside the person. Their active portal sessions, unused login links, and signing links opened from the portal stop working immediately. Their past actions remain in the portal's history. A separate invitation sent by Signatures keeps its own access rules.
To stop access for everyone, change the portal status to Disabled or Archived. This also revokes current portal sessions. Existing client files and grants remain on record.
