Calendar holds every rehearsal, with its time, the hall and who is called. Cast members reply Going or Not going, and you see every reply.
Performances can go on your public calendar, which anyone can open. A free concert can take RSVPs up to the hall's capacity.
Forms builds an audition form with your questions, such as the part and a headshot. Every sign-up comes into one list.
A paid form takes the year's subs, or a ticket's price, by card. Each form has one price, so each performance has its own. You close it when the house is full.
Message Boards gives the company a private board, such as one for the autumn show's cast. A post can carry the director's notes, a cast list or a link.
Replies sit under each post, and votes bring the useful ones up. A board can be public instead, for anyone to read.
Newsletter keeps your mailing list, with double opt-in on its sign-up page. You can bring the list over from Mailchimp or a CSV file.
You write each issue, send yourself a test and schedule it. A sent issue has a web copy, which can start a social media post.
Supporters gives your Friends scheme a public page, with a free tier and monthly paid tiers. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
Posts can go to everyone, to paying Friends or to chosen tiers. A post can hold photos, a video or a poll.
People sign up on the audition form.
The cast list goes up on the company's board.
The cast replies to each rehearsal's call.
Each performance's form sells tickets until you close it.
The Friends get the photos in a post the next morning.
You start it private, for the cast. Help: Create and use message boards.
You add each one with its call. Help: Create public and private calendar events.
You connect it for subs, tickets and Friends. Help: Connect Stripe to receive money.
You choose its questions. Help: Build, publish, and share a form.
The committee fits the Team plan, with each of you a member. Cast, singers and players can join as guests, with Calendar and Message Boards only. A guest takes no place, and a paid plan has room for 100.
Magpie's fee on a paid Form is 1% of each payment, and on supporters' payments 3%. Stripe's processing fee is taken from each card payment. Prices are on the Pricing page.
